Marracash, real name Bartolo Fabio Rizzo [1] (Nicosia, May 22, 1979) is an Italian rapper from the Barona district, on the southern outskirts of Milan. It is part of the crew Dogo Gang. In 2005 he published together with deleterious (music producer of Dogo Gang) the disc self-Rock Music. In 2008 he published the first official record label under Universal Music. The name "Marracash" is taken over by the artist as a child, being of Sicilian origin and having well-marked face, the other children called him "Moroccan" or "Marrakesh". Ten years after his family is evicted from the house on Via Bramante in Milan and moved to a suburb of the Barona, where he grew up and where he still lives.
