Billboard is a weekly American magazine devoted to the music and video. It contains some sections of the charts, considered among the most accurate and detailed information in the world, the most famous of these is the Billboard Hot 100, which includes one hundred songs heard in the United States which is followed by the Latin Billboard Hot 100, which includes the hundred songs heard in Latin American countries, and the Hot Dance Club Play, which includes the most popular songs in discos and clubs. Another important classification is the Billboard 200, which lists the two hundred best-selling albums in the U.S.. In total the rankings by Billboard reach the ninety units. On January 4, 1936, Billboard magazine published its first ranking (even outside the music) [unclear] and July 20, 1940 the first Music Popularity Chart, ranking dedicated to the songs most listened to. The Billboard Hot 100 was published for the first time in 1958, as a combination of sales of the individual steps and record radio.
