The music video was directed by Floria Sigismondi and saw its world premiere as the highlight of an hourlong special on The CW in celebration of The 20/20 Experience's release. Timberlake dedicated the music video to his grandparents William and Sadie. The music video is 8:20 minutes long and tells the story of an old couple (Justin's Grandparents Sadie and William who passed away few months before the video was released) reflecting on the ups and downs of their relationship, allegorized in a funhouse.[15] Timberlake makes an appearance towards the end of the video, dancing in a house of mirrors.
